• Enter a valid postcode.  This should be entered, for example as, ec1 or EC1 and not e c1 or E C1 or ec 1 or  EC 1, etc.  Leave no spaces.  If you are to enter the full postcode, make sure it is a valid one and leave a space between the 2 parts of the postcode.
• Try clicking on the 'Reset' button to start a fresh search as some of the fields previously entered/selected may mismatch in relation to other fields already entered/selected.
