1. RESTAURANT DETAILS

(a) When you become a member of our service, specific restaurant information that you provide to us, that is entered onto our database, will only be used on our service only and nowhere else.  It will never be sold or given to any third party source unless it is physically saved as a file or written down somehow without our consent from our user service based search pages, for which we de not have any control over.

(b) You have the option to enter the full name of the restaurateurs, managers and chefs which will be seen by the public.  If you feel insecure about this then you are not obliged to enter such details.  However if you do, you can at any time delete/update this information on our database without affecting the details of your restaurant.

(c) All stored information that you have entered about your restaurant will be made available to the public via our search based pages (except for personal information).

(d) Restaurant details that either we or you have entered can be amended at any time and as many times as possible at no extra cost without effecting the quality and operation of our service.  This is to ensure that all the information is up-to-date and accurate for the public.

(e) We reserve the right to change the above part (1d) of this policy at any time, if we feel it has been abused and will post any changes to it to everyone as soon as they go into effect.


2. PERSONAL DETAILS

(a) Personal details such as your name, home address and/or personal email address that could be entered by a member of our service onto our database are kept only on our database and nowhere else.  This information will never be made available to the public and will be treated confidentially by eatingspot.com.
